Kreeger Museum DC

Permanent installation on the Kreeger Museum, Washington DC

Mai 2014

The newest project for The Kreeger Museum is the creation of a contemporary Sculpture Garden.

The Sculpture Garden provides an additional exhibition areas and celebrates the Museum's spacious grounds and natural wooded setting.

In the galleries or on the grounds, The Kreeger Museum is proud to offer visitors the opportunity to experience the joy and wonder of art, architecture and music.

Designed in 1963 by Pritzker Prize winning architect Philip Johnson with Richard Foster.

The Kreeger  is an excellent example of Johnson's references to the past by incorporating a modernist vocabulary.
